Resurrection Bay Wildlife Cruise

Explore the cliffs and protected coves of Resurrection Bay on a wildlife and natural history cruise. Your half-day tour begins as you board a dayboat for a scenic cruise past Bear Glacier, the largest of the many glaciers that spill from the 5,000-foot high ramparts of the Harding Icefield onto the Resurrection River Valley floor. The hanging glaciers in Thumb Cove also come into view. Keep your camera ready for possible sightings of bald eagles, horned and tufted puffins, and seabirds. Perhaps you'll witness Steller sea lions, otters, orca or humpback whales or Dall's porpoises with their unique black and white markings.
