Discover Kotor with an itinerary you design yourself and make it as in-depth as you choose. This excursion is completely unguided but city maps will be provided for your convenience. Entrance fees, meals, gratuities and refreshments are not included, and you are advised to bring plenty of Euros to cover your expenses. Some of the sights you may wish to seek out include Old Town whose massive defensive walls offer breathtaking views over the city and the bay. Tucked inside the walls is a wonderful example of medieval architecture-St. Tryphon Cathedral, dedicated to the city's patron saint and protector. Originally built in 1166, the interior is decorated with a gilded altar, frescoes, and a collection of Venetian art. Discover Kotor's maritime roots at the Maritime Museum, home to a fine collection of naval artifacts, weaponry, ship models. Rejoin your motorcoach at the appointed time for the return to Bar.
