Wander around the historic old town while you also get to live daily life in the famous fresh food markets. Your adventure begins with a guided walking tour that takes in the famous Les Rambles promenade, where you'll get to see La Boqueria Market. Continue through the Gothic old town, contemplate Santa Eulalia's Cathedral. Continue to Santa Catherina Market where you will see an abundance of local (like jamon) and exotic products. Enjoy the unique tastes of several cured hams and other local products paired with a glass of wine (water or soda). Finish your visit walking down the full of design-shops alleys, heading to Santa Maria Del Mar basilica, a stunning example of Catalan Gothic architecture. If permitted by opening timing, admire its glorious airy interior and examine the remarkably preserved stained glass that has survived the ages.
