Take in the dramatic beauty of Cartagena's Old City with a three-and-a-half-hour excursion. Once you arrive, you'll receive a brief overview and a map, and you'll follow your guide to San Pedro Claver Square. Then, you're free to explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site on your own. Most of the historic buildings are located in El Centro; here, you'll find many attractions such as the Inquisition Museum, which houses a collection of documents and paintings from the Spanish Inquisition. In San Diego, you'll discover the Plaza de los Coches, where slaves were once bought and sold. Two must see churches reside in El Centro: the Cartagena Cathedral and the church of San Pedro Claver. After time on your own, you'll meet at the San Pedro Claver Square, where you will walk to re-board your transportation for your return to the ship.

Participants should be in good physical condition and be able to easily navigate narrow walkways and uneven pathways and terrain. This tour is not wheelchair accessible.
