Fun in the Sun! An approximately 35 minutes scenic drive leads off this adventure, giving you ample time to see the sights of Curacao. Wear your swimsuit under your clothes and bring water shoes if you have them so that upon arrival at the beach you are ready to hit the sand and inviting waters. The bus will cruise along the western side of the island, and your knowledgeable guide will impart the island's history and lore as you take in the historic plantation houses, salt flats studded with flamingos, stretches of beautiful natural landscapes and a smattering of landmarks. Your destination is an unspoiled west-side beach where you can relax on the white sand, swim and partake of the easy-access snorkeling right from the beach over a colorful coral reef marveling at the under-the-sea marine life. After time spent beachcombing and photographing the pretty surroundings, hop back aboard the bus for the short ride back to port.
