Scenic Road Train & Wine Tasting

The gorgeous Croatian countryside unfolds before you on full-day guided tour into the Konavle Valley. Your adventure begins with a one-hour drive in an air-conditioned motorcoach through a delightful series of atmospheric towns. Along the way, you will stop to photograph idyllic landscapes. Your destination is Brajkovici Village. Here, you will visit a local wine cellar and engage in a wine tasting before boarding the adorable mini-train that wends its way through a series of family-run vineyards where you'll have an opportunity to sample some of the best wines of the region. You'll also stop in the village of Ljuta to visit the old mill and watch a demonstration given by a host in national costume on the local practice of preparing wool. During the day, you will be served a typical ''peasants lunch,'' similar to what the locals eat while working in the fields. A motorcoach ride returns you to the ship.
