Visit Milan on a tour that celebrates its cultural and historical offerings. A knowledgeable guide will take you through the streets of this historic city, highlighting its history, architecture, and fashionable boutiques. Your walking tour centers on the heart of the city, the Piazza del Duomo, a showcase for the world's largest gothic cathedral. You'll see the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, a gallery with shops and restaurants, and the Piazza della Scala, a pretty square that features a number of landmarks and a monument to Leonardo da Vinci. Following your guided walking tour, you are free to seek out a trattoria for lunch and browse the galleries and museums. You may choose to visit the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie is an opportunity to see da Vinci's magnificent Last Supper (reservations need to be made in advance by guests at their own expense). Lastly, use some of your free-time to walk along Via Spiga, where famous clothing designers have their showrooms. Return to the motorcoach for a drive back to port.

Traditionally, Tuesday to Saturday retail hours are 9.30am-12.30pm and 3.30-7.30pm, with a half day on Monday (3.30-7.30pm). The majority of shops still close on Sundays, though fashion stores stay open during the major fairs and at other times throughout the year.
