Your destination is La Laja Farm, known for its vineyards, orange orchards and coffee plantations. A family-run business, the Lugo-Jorge family has worked on the land here for five generations and more than 150 years. Their winery is based on traditional cultivation of the listan negro grape and produces red, white and rosé wines.Your host will show you around the property, which spreads across the valley.
