Get the flavor of Berlin with this excursion that is part guided tour and part your own experience. You'll begin your day with a short coach transfer to the train station where you board the train for a 2.5 - 3 hour ride through the countryside to Berlin. Your morning city tour of Berlin will include photo stops at the Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie to give you a good overview of the city. Your guided tour ends at the Marx- Engels Forum, located close to the Museum Island. From here you can explore Berlin independently in the afternoon. Go for a walk, do some shopping or have lunch in one of the many cafes and restaurants followed by rejoining your train for the ride back to Hamburg.

Coach transfer will take you to and from the ship to the train station.The train ride between Hamburg and Berlin is approximately 2.5 - 3 hours each way.
