Flowers, food and fun abound on this highlights tour of Ibaraki that includes lunch. A motorcoach brings you to the first stop of the day: Kairakuen Garden, one of the "Three Great Gardens" in Japan. Designed by Tokugawa Nariaki in 1842 to reflect the harmony of the yin and yang of life, the grounds are awash in colorful blooms, stately groves of trees, and the historic Kobuntei, a Japanese-style building affording views of Senba Lake. Pause to refresh with a Japanese set menu at the local restaurant, then continue to Nakaminato Osakana Ichiba, a lively fish market, where the catch of the day plus so much more is on display. Over a million visitors each year wander these market stalls, searching for the freshest seafood and bargaining with local vendors. If lucky, you'll be offered a free sample! Your final destination is Hitachi Seaside Park, where the flowers change colors with the seasons and a Ferris wheel and other activities add fun to this popular parkland. Relax on the ride back to port.
特記事項:
Shoes must be removed at Kobuntei. Extensive walking is required at Kairakuen and Hitachi Seaside Park. In Kairakuen, it is unpaved path resulting in uneven surface. The restaurant or some street stall of Nakaminato Fish Market may closed depending on the date / time.
