Embark on a full-day, moderately active, guided tour via air-conditioned motorcoach to Lantau Island, the largest outlying island of Hong Kong. Drive through Tung Chung New Town, the island's rapidly developing region. Stop at Cheung Sha Beach, one of the longest beaches in Hong Kong. Enjoy a walking tour of Tai O, a traditional fishing village where life is much as it was over a century ago. Tour the Po Lin Monastery, a hilltop Buddhist retreat and indulge in a complimentary Chinese vegetarian lunch prepared at the monastery's refectory.
