Take a catamaran cruise along the Waikiki coast to Turtle Canyons, a premier snorkeling destination. With an average temperature of 78°F, it's the perfect spot for experienced and novice divers; a mask, snorkel and swim vest will be provided but you can bring your own equipment. After a short transfer to the harbor, you'll join your skipper aboard a comfortable catamaran that features plenty of shade, a restroom, and bar. Along the way to the dive site, you'll learn that Hawaii has over 85% of the coral reefs in America and you may see spinner dolphins and humpback whales (December to April). After your captain drops anchor, you'll descend into a peaceful blue-green oasis full of green sea turtles, butterfly fish, yellow tang, and Hawaiian indigenous fish like the Humuhumunukunukuapua'a, Hawaii's State Fish. Back on the boat, you can relax with a snack and admire Diamond Head off in the distance.
