港からバスに乗り、フェリーに乗り換え、桜島の有村溶岩展望所を訪れます。クレーターと溶岩原の景色をお楽しみください。次は、1658年に薩摩藩の大名・島津光久の命令によって造園された仙巌園を訪問します。島津家は封建時代から1868年の明治維新まで鹿児島と薩摩半島を支配した氏族です。桜島と鹿児島湾を背景にした仙巌園は、春には桜が咲き乱れ、様々な植物や木々、小さな池、小川、神社、竹林が趣のある風景をつくっています。すばらしい鹿児島の風景の数々を鑑賞した後はで港に戻ります。
