This active adventure begins with a stop at the outfitters where you'll pick up a electric mountain bike and put on a helmet and rain poncho. After a few safety instructions, you'll follow your experienced Alaska trail guide along a gently sloped, historic three-mile-long trail through the Tongass National Forest. While riding under a canopy of Sitka spruce and western hemlock trees, you may see Sitka black-tailed deer feeding on the native hemlock, berries, and lichens.
