Get to know some of Madeira's most photogenic destinations on a panoramic tour of the island's southwest attractions. Once settled into your comfortable seat, with your camera at hand, you'll be ready to set off on a thrilling discovery. First on the itinerary is a photo stop at Cabo Girao, whose cliffs plunge 1,640 feet to the sea. Next, is a tour of the resort town of Ribeira Brava, one of the island's oldest communities. Then, enjoy lunch in São Vicente, a picturesque village tucked in the slopes of the verdant mountains. Recharged, you'll set off for a scenic drive to the enchanting town of Calheta for a tour of the Engenho da Calheta distillery and a sampling of poncha, made from rum and honey, along with a slice of Madeira cake. Following your tour, you'll board your motorcoach for the return trip to Funchal.
