約1時間のドライブで日本三景の一つである天橋立へ向かい、まずは知恩寺や茶屋通りを散策しましょう。続いて丹後で最も格の高い古社である元伊勢籠神社勢神宮を訪問します。伊勢神宮に奉られる天照大神と豊受大神がこの地から伊勢に移されたという故事から「元伊勢」と呼ばれており、高欄にある五色の座玉は伊勢神宮と籠神社にしかないものです。その後ケーブルカーに乗り、傘松公園の展望所から天橋立の景色をお楽しみください。
