Bergtatt Experience & The Stunning Atlantic

Atlantic Ocean Road is approximately eight kilometers (five miles) of twists and turns that could rival a roller coaster. The road connects several small islands and skerries via viaducts, causeways, and eight bridges that boast amazing views of the Atlantic and Norwegian Sea. En route, you'll stop at the Bergtatt Mine, tucked between Molde and the Atlantic Road. Following a safety demo and gearing up in safety gear, a bus will drive deep into the mountain. With your guide in the lead, you'll step into a raft and cruise across a lake through the marble caves. Upon return, enjoy refreshments before returning to the coach and driving to the Atlantic Road. Enjoy views of Eide village and the picturesque Kornstadfjord with a photo stop in Bud, a charming fishing hamlet with spectacular views of the Bjørnsund islands. Photos taken, you'll follow the Frænfjord via Elnes en route to Molde.
