Arriving on the peninsula's eastern edge, visit one of two awe-inspiring natural landmarks-Tasman Arch or Devils Kitchen-depending on the weather. Both offer stunning views of dramatic sea cliffs shaped over centuries by wind and waves. At Tasman Arch, admire a natural stone bridge formed from a collapsed sea cave, while Devils Kitchen showcases a steep, wave-sculpted chasm with striking rock formations.
Continue to the famous Blowhole, where water surges through a sea-carved tunnel and erupts into the air-sometimes up to 10 meters high. This dramatic spectacle makes for a perfect photo opportunity against the backdrop of cliffs and sea.
Next, travel to Eaglehawk Neck, once the sole land escape from the Port Arthur Penal Colony. Learn about the legendary Dog Line and walk through the preserved officers' quarters, gaining insight into convict-era security measures.
Conclude your journey at the Tessellated Pavement, a rare geological phenomenon where erosion has naturally formed rock slabs that resemble man-made tiles.

Port Arthur Historical site can be enjoyed after the morning tour or before the afternoon tour.IMPORTANT – Guests will need to walk approx. 5-10 mins from the tender arrival point to the coach departure point, the walk way is over uneven ground and includes a slight incline to reach the Visitor Centre.
The decision to visit either Tasman Arch or Devil's Kitchen is based on weather conditions the day of your tour.
Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing suited to the day's weather. Bring a hat, jacket, adequate sun protection and insect repellent.
