Get off the grid and get back to nature as you travel into the depths of the Daintree Rainforest, widely accepted as the oldest tropical rainforest in the world. The oldest part, north of the Daintree River, is estimated to be over 150 million years old!
Your tour begins with a ferry ride across the Daintree River. At the Daintree Discovery Centre you'll have the opportunity to take a guided tour with a knowledgeable ranger and gain amazing insight into this fascinating rainforest.
Climb the 23 metre high Canopy Tower with 5 different viewing platforms. Wander along the Aerial Walkway through the mid-level rainforest offering stunning views over McLean's Creek. Explore the Interpretive Display Centre with over four hundred metres of elevated boardwalks that wind their way through the rainforest.
Morning tea is included and your tour consists of a structured tour as well as time to explore on your own.
