All aboard a RIB - a Rigid Inflatable Boat - for an exhilarating ride to the Punta Loma Nature Reserve. Keep your camera handy, since along the way you may see playful dolphins cruising alongside your boat or jumping out of the water. But the main attraction is the frisky sea lions. Created in 1967 to protect South America's only permanent sea lion colony, the Punta Loma Nature Reserve is home to about 600 sea lions. As you get closer, your captain will pause the engines allowing you to take one terrific photo after another as they bask or waddle ashore or glide through the water. Keep an eye on the skies and the cliffs, too; rock cormorants and South American terns feel well at home here, too. With a camera filled with photos, your captain will return you to shore in time to set out on another adventure.
