Sail by ferry to tour the infamous Alcatraz Prison, then drive by motorcoach across the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito, the "Venice of California." This full-day tour begins as you board the Alcatraz Ferry to Alcatraz Island. Here, you'll embark on a self-guided audio tour through the jail's facilities, including the small cells previously inhabited by the Bird Man of Alcatraz and Al Capone. Next, you'll drive to Vista Point, a popular spot for panoramic views of San Francisco's bay and city skyline on the northern end of the Golden Gate Bridge. You'll continue to the quaint town of Sausalito located north of San Francisco, where you'll have free time to enjoy the bay views and browse in the boutiques and galleries along the waterfront. You'll then board a motorcoach for your return drive to the ship. En route, you'll pass the lively Fisherman's Wharf, as well as Ghirardelli Square and the Cannery.

The tour is non-refundable unless cancelled 10 days prior to the call at San Francisco.The Island can be congested based on activity in the city en route to Alcatraz. The tour guide may adjust times as need to ensure all content on the tour is covered.
Passengers may have to walk from the pier to the ferry boarding location for Alcatraz.
This tour will operate only on voyages with full-day calls; tour is not available on voyages debarking or disembarking in San Francisco.
Your tour fee include the $31 National Park Service Entry Fee.
