Board your motorcoach with your fellow aviation enthusiasts and travel 30 miles north of Seattle to the newly constructed Future of Flight Aviation Center, a cutting-edge facility featuring 28,000 square feet of interactive aviation exhibits.

Your aviation experience begins from the moment you first enter the magnificent Grand Lobby and Main Exhibition gallery. Gaze up at the aircrafts "soaring" overhead against a cloud-painted sky. Then, look down at the 220-foot-long runway on the gallery floor. At the end, you will see the nose section from a Boeing 727 positioned for take off.

All of the displays in the Future of Flight gallery feature interactive learning zones and are equipped with touch-screen computers, and you will have the ability to design your own aircraft. Learn the principal features of powered flight as well as the technological nuances of commercial airplanes. Watch the manufacturing process in brilliant 3D and crawl inside the cockpit of a retired 727. In the high-definition Boeing Theater, watch a narrated movie celebrating the history of aviation, Boeing and the passenger experience.

Re-board the motorcoach for a short trip to the Boeing factory to discover the inner workings of the world's largest airplanes. View the flight line and airplanes in various stages of assembly within the largest building in the world by volume - a whopping 472 million cubic feet of space! Look for the new Boeing 787 Dream Liner rolling off of the assembly line. The Boeing tour provides a fascinating glimpse into the aviation industry, and takes you behind the scenes of one of the Northwest's largest employers.

A return trip to the Future of Flight gift shop is a wonderful opportunity to purchase souvenirs from this memorable day before returning on your motorcoach to the cruise ship terminal.

Personal items are not allowed in the Boeing Factory, but may be left on the motorcoach or in a locker at the Future of Flight gallery for a nominal fee. This tour is only available passengers calling to Seattle as a port of call; not for those disembarking.
