No, we cannot accept handwritten quotes. All quotes must be verifiable, and handwritten documents cannot be validated for a price match claim.

You must submit your lower price quote within 24 hours of making your cruise booking to qualify for the price match promise.

We will match a lower cruise price if it is up to 10% cheaper than your original booking. If the price difference exceeds 10%, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis; however, a match is not guaranteed.

Once your submission has been reviewed:

• If approved, you’ll receive an updated booking confirmation with your adjusted holiday price within 48 hours.
• If we need more information, our team will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your quote.

No, we’re unable to accept quotes by post. All price match requests must be submitted via email to PricePromise@princesscruises.co.uk and received within 24 hours of booking.

You can only cancel your holiday in line with our Booking Conditions. If you find the same holiday at a lower price, you have up to 24 hours from the time of booking to submit your quote and request a Princess Price Promise review. After booking, all standard terms still apply, including those related to cancellation policies and deposit payments.

If you’re unable to submit valid proof of a lower price within 24 hours of your booking, your holiday will no longer be eligible for the Princess Price Promise guarantee. After this time frame has passed, standard booking terms and conditions will apply, and a price match request cannot be processed.

The Princess Price Promise does not apply to holidays that include hotel or landtour packages.

To request a price match and have your booking price reviewed, you must submit a valid lower price quote within 24 hours of making your booking. Your quote must include the following details to ensure a like-for-like comparison:

• Ship name, departure date and cruise number
• Stateroom grade and category
• Date the quote was created
• Number of guests travelling
• Cruise only fare (Princess Standard, Princess Plus and Princess Premier)

If your price match request is approved, the difference will be applied to reduce the remaining balance of your holiday booking. Your original deposit payment will not be affected. If you’ve already paid your holiday in full, you will have the option to:

• Receive a refund of the price difference, or
• Apply the difference as onboard credit to spend during your cruise

This ensures you still benefit from the best available price, even after booking.

If you’re eligible for a refund following an approved price match request, it can take up to 10 working days for the amount to appear in your account. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
