Guests who don't complete all of the above steps in the app will access the Blue Lane for check-in, where our Navigators will help ensure all steps are complete and issue guest Medallions.

Visit Manage Booking to book flights and transfers, reserve shore excursions, make spa appointments, and purchase any beverage packages if they are not already included in your booking. Before you leave for your cruise, you can print your luggage tags from Manage Booking.

When you enter your personal information and upload your travel documents in the Princess® Cruises app make sure your name appears in your OceanReady® Profile exactly as entered in your passport. *Electrical devices such as small fans, multi plug box outlets/adaptors, power strips/extension cords without surge protectors and electric extension cords with surge protectors are allowed onboard when used with proper caution and following inspection/tests from the onboard electrical department. However, if such devices are determined to pose a hazard then they will be removed and returned the last day of the cruise prior to debark.

You will receive your OceanMedallion before you board. Guests will either receive it in the mail or pick it up in the terminal during the check-in process. The Medallion allows you to make TrulyTouchless™ purchases on board and is linked to your personal shipboard account where all purchases are charged.

Guests who have a credit card on file for their shipboard account, an authorization hold of $100 is placed on the credit card to ensure validity of the account. An itemized statement will be emailed to you post cruise. 事前にクレジットカード情報を提供されたお客様は、自動的にエクスプレスチェックアウトに登録されます。There is no need to visit the Guest Services Desk to settle your account. We accept all major credit cards in most currencies. Those paying by traveler's checks or cash will be required to leave a cash deposit with the Guest Services staff at the beginning of the cruise.

Onboard changes are in United States Dollars (USD) with the following exceptions: for guests on sailings operating roundtrip from Australia, all onboard charges are in Australian Dollars (AUD). For additional information please refer to Onboard Currency FAQs.

If you are using a credit card to pay for your onboard charges on an AUD currency sailing, a surcharge fee of 1.1% will be applied (regardless of cardholder nationality). デビットカードには手数料が適用されません。

Princess Cruises offer pre and post hotel packages which include transfers between the hotel and the ship on the day of embarkation/disembarkation. For more information please see your Travel Agent or call our Customer Service team. You can add a night - or as many as you like - to the beginning or end of your holiday and stay in carefully selected hotels.

If you have purchased a hotel package with Princess Cruises and have purchased your flight independently, please ensure you provide us with your flight details.

Princess Cruises makes every effort to accommodate our guests with disabilities. Ask your Travel Agent to notify us of your wheelchair usage and/or any special needs at the time of booking.

We have wheelchair-accessible staterooms on all Princess Cruises’ ships. If you require a mobility device, you must provide your own. When bringing your own wheelchair, we highly recommend collapsible wheelchairs, as the width of the stateroom doors varies. Some Princess Cruises ships have areas that are not wheelchair accessible. Lift-equipped transportation options are limited so arrangements must be secured in advance.

Guests using mobility devices with batteries are advised that the batteries must be a dry cell type and must be stored and recharged in the stateroom. Mobility devices of any kind, like other items, may not be left outside the stateroom. Our crew are not specially trained personnel to assist guests with physical challenges, we recommend you be accompanied by someone who is physically able to assist you both on board and on shore if necessary.

Travellers with disabilities should check in with the onboard Shore Tour Office to ensure all pre-reserved tours can accommodate their needs. 移動支援機器をお使いのお客様にとっては、必ずしもアクセス可能な設備を持つ港ではなことがあります。Ports of call may be accessed by a variety of methods including, but not limited to, a ramped gangway, series of steps or by tender, which is a small boat used to ferry guests ashore. With your safety and comfort in mind, the decision to permit or prohibit guests from going ashore will be made on each occasion by the ship’s Captain, and the decision is final. Those ports which normally use tenders to access the shore are noted on the itinerary. In many ports of call, a mechanism known as a “stair climber” is used to assist guests up and down the gangway. This requires that guests transfer to a Princess Cruises wheelchair which is then connected to the stair climber and operated by the ship’s personnel. If you cannot transfer or your personal mobility device cannot be easily disembarked due to size or weight, you may be precluded from going ashore.

Princess Cruises ships are equipped with “All-In-One Kits” including a TTY that can be placed in most guest cabins. Additionally, all televisions onboard provide closed captioning and most onboard theatres are equipped with assistive listening devices. Electric outlets in most staterooms are limited to one and it is helpful to travel with an extension cord if you are using electrical equipment. We have JAWS Professional software with a KOSS-TD/80 headset available on one terminal in each Internet Café on every Princess Cruises ship.

Norovirus is a very contagious virus that causes vomiting diarrhea. You can get norovirus from having direct contact with an infected person, consuming contaminated food or water, or touching contaminated surfaces and then putting your unwashed hands in your mouth. 船内で疾病を予防・封じ込めるために米国疾病予防管理センターが設定している現行基準を満たし、これを越えるにはいくつかの方策があります。

You are strongly advised to seek advice from either your doctor or an approved public health travel advisory service to identify any specific vaccination or health precautions required for each port of call, eg. World Health Organization, The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade or, Australian Government’s Smart Traveller website.

Australian public health authorities strongly recommend that all cruise ship passengers receive influenza vaccination at least two weeks before the start of their cruise. It is important that you see your doctor 6-8 weeks prior to departure to discuss and plan all necessary travel vaccines, including influenza vaccine.

Should an emergency situation arise during your cruise, it is recommended that you be prepared to provide a complete list of medical conditions, medications, and allergies to the medical center.

Although we strongly recommend against undertaking the risks involved, Princess Cruises will allow a guest requiring peritoneal or hemodialysis to travel on our ships at the guest’s own risk. It is recommended that a guest requiring dialysis consults with his or her nephrologist prior to making travel arrangements. You should be stable on your dialysis treatments for a period of at least 12 months prior to sailing.

If you will be using sharps of any kind, including needles, lancets, or blades, for your safety and the safety of others you must utilize a sharps container. To dispose of sharps while on board, request a sharps container from your stateroom steward.

If you’ve completed the required OceanReady® steps and have your Medallion® device, you can expect a streamlined embarkation.

You will be asked to show your OceanReady QR code to terminal personnel during the health screening process and once again at check-in. This code can be accessed through the MedallionClass® app on your smart device. To streamline the check-in process, we ask that you print your OceanReady QR code. Your OceanReady QR code only becomes available once you complete your health questionnaire and accept passage contract and acceptances.

Please remember to have your Medallion device, mobile device with the MedallionClass® app downloaded, and your luggage tags when you get to the terminal.

Age requirements for children
Cruises departing and returning to Australia
To ensure there is suitable supervision, there needs to be at least one guest 18 years or older in each stateroom. However, to accommodate families cruising together, children may occupy a separate stateroom to their parent/legal guardian, providing one child is 16 years or over.

For cruises departing from an Australian port between 1 November and 7 January, any guest under 19 years of age on the day they board the cruise, must travel in the same stateroom as a responsible adult 19 years or older. In addition, from 8 January to 31 January, there is a limit on the number of guests under 19 years of age who can travel unaccompanied. Once the limit is reached, a responsible adult 19 years or older must travel in the same stateroom. We can advise you at the time of booking whether the limit applies to your booking. The responsible adult is accountable for guests under 19 years of age in their stateroom for the duration of the cruise, and the ‘Rights of the Captain’ will be applied to anyone who displays disruptive behaviour.

All other Princess Cruises’® ships
To ensure there is suitable supervision, there needs to be at least one guest in each stateroom aged 21 years or older. In order to accommodate families cruising together, children may occupy a separate stateroom to their parent/legal guardian, providing one child is aged 16 or over.

Children love to cruise and Princess Cruises® welcomes them onboard. Due to limited neo-natal facilities onboard and at the destinations we visit, the following minimum ages apply:

In addition, infants aged between six (6) months and three (3) years must remain with their parent/legal guardian at all times.

For the safety and enjoyment of all onboard, there are limits on the number of children and teenagers that can be carried within different age groups. The age of the guest on the day they board the cruise, is the age we use for the entire holiday. We can advise you at the time of booking whether we are able to accept bookings for children on the cruise you have chosen.

Parents/Legal Guardians are responsible for children and teenagers at all times. If a child or teenager displays dangerous or disruptive behaviour, the ‘Rights of the Captain’ will be applied to both parent/legal guardian and child/teenager.

Parents/guardians are reminded to bring their children dressed in appropriate attire with towel and sunscreen.  Youth staff will not conduct children's activities in the adult or splash pools. プールの使用にあたっては、必ず親がお子様を監督してください。 

Infants and young children in nappies and/or swim nappies, and children who are not toilet trained are NOT permitted in any of the pools or spas due to public health concerns.

Youth and Teen Centres

Children less than 3 years of age are welcome to use the Children Centre’s facilities under the direct supervision of their parent/guardian. To attend the Children Centres without a parent/guardian, children need to be over 3 years of age and toilet trained.

Use of the Children Centres requires daily registration and entry is on a first-come-first-served basis as places are limited. On all ships group child minding for children 3-12 years is available between 22:00 and 1:00 for a charge.

The Access Office works in partnership with our Shore Excursion department who will assist and advise you directly of your options. We make it easy for you to get to know your ship, so that you can start your vacation on the right foot. With interactive deck plans and virtual tours, you’ll be able to see your ship before you board.

Please look for a Princess Cruises representative at the luggage carousel in the domestic airport. For international travellers, please look for a Princess Cruises representative after you have collected your luggage and cleared Customs.

Your flight details must be provided when arranging additional transfers. If you have purchased a Princess Cruises transfer at the start or end of the cruise you must notify us of your independent flight details. If you require special assistance, please advise our Customer Service team at the time of booking. Packing for your cruisetour
クルーズツアーでは、バス、列車、観光用乗り物など複数の種類の輸送手段を利用します。そのため、ご自分と同行者が快適に過ごすために必要なアイテムだけを携行してください。

There are four types of bags to consider for the land portion of your cruisetour.

Hand-Cary tote / Backpack
You’ll want this bag with you every step of the way. So include only the essentials. 必需品の例として、渡航書類、写真付き身分証明書、薬類、洗面用具、カメラ、ジャケットなど羽織るもの、帽子などがあります。手荷物は持ち運びが楽で座席の下に収まるサイズのものにしてください。We recommend soft-sided tote bags or backpacks no larger than 17” X 14” X 4” with a zip enclosure.

Wheeled carry on cases that are used as carry on luggage on airlines are too large and are not suitable as hand-carried luggage on motorcoaches and trains.

“Travel With Me” luggage
You are allowed one piece of “Travel With Me” baggage per person. お荷物を1個のカバンにまとめて、指定された場所に置いてください。お荷物係がそれを集荷し、次の陸上宿泊施設のお部屋までお届けします。このバッグはお客様とは別に輸送されるため、輸送中は荷物を出すことはできません。Items to put in this bag include clothing, sleepwear, nonessential toiletries, extra shoes and anything else you might need at your lodges but do not need access to during the day.

“JOIN ME ONBOARD” LUGGAGE
陸上ツアーの後にクルーズにご乗船されるお客様は、陸上ツアーで必要のない荷物を入れるための別のバックをご用意ください。このバックには、フォーマルウェアやドレスシューズ、ディナージャケットなど、クルーズ乗船中にのみ必要となるものを入れることをお勧めします。

陸上ツアーでは、ドレスコードは常にカジュアルなので、フォーマルな服装は必要ありません。手荷物はすべて、陸上ツアーの最初の目的地に届けられます。Upon departure from that city, the “Join Me Onboard” tagged bags will be securely stored until they are delivered to your stateroom onboard.

“JOIN ME IN FAIRBANKS / ANCHORAGE” LUGGAGE
Guests who cruise prior to their land tour should pack all items they used on their cruise and will not need on land in this luggage. These bags will be inaccessible until delivered upon your arrival to the final destination of your itinerary. Please identify your chosen pieces of luggage (excluding the one “Travel With Me” bag) with these “Join Me” tags, based on your final destination.

As outlined in our Passage Contract, on the day of embarkation, guests are permitted to bring one 750ml bottle of wine or champagne on board per voyage, which will not be subject to a corkage fee if consumed in your stateroom. Additional wine or champagne bottles are welcome, but will incur a AU$30/US$20 (depending on shipboard currency) corkage fee each, irrespective of where they are intended to be consumed. Liquor, spirits, or beers are not permitted.

Any alcoholic beverages purchased duty free from The Shops of Princess, or at any port of call, will be collected at the gangway for safekeeping and will be delivered to your stateroom on the last day of the cruise. A member of the ship's staff will be at the gangway to assist guests with the storage of their shoreside alcoholic purchases while The Shops of Princess staff will assist guests with the shipboard alcoholic purchases.

*Princess is not responsible for any alcoholic beverages confiscated by shoreside security staff. また、返金や交換の対象とはなりませんのでご注意ください。Guests found with prohibited items, including alcohol outside of the policy, may need to collect their luggage at a security checkpoint on board.

支払済みショアエクスカーション（寄港地観光）のキャンセル

事前にお支払い済みのツアーをキャンセルする場合、 以下の条項が適用されます。

If a pre-paid shore excursion is cancelled five (5) days or more prior to sailing a refund of the pre-paid amount will be made in one of the following ways:

1. キャンセルされる予約に該当するお客様のショアエクスカーションに不足金額がある場合、事前にお支払いされた金額がこの不足金額に適用されます。

   または

2. キャンセルされた予約に記載されたお客様のショアエクスカーションに不足金額がない場合、事前にお支払いされた金額は、ショアエクスカーションの支払いに使用されたクレジットカードに返金されます。All refunds will be processed in due course, but delays should be anticipated. Please allow sufficient time for us to manage this process and know we are doing everything in our power to expedite where possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

事前にお支払されたショアエクスカーションが上記の期間内にキャンセルされなかった場合、またはご乗船中、キャンセルを希望される特定のエクスカーションを「キャンセル締切時間」より前にキャンセルされた場合には、事前にお支払いいただいた金額は、予約に記載されたお客様の船内クレジットとして、お客様の船内会計に返金されます。これは、どのお客様がショアエクスカーションを事前にお支払いされたかに関わらず返金されますのでご注意ください。

【事前予約済みショアエクスカーション（寄港地観光）のキャンセル】

宿泊やフライト、専用車を含むツアーの場合、クルーズ出航の30日前以降の払い戻しはできません。

ヘリコプターのツアーは人気が高く、定員に制限があるため、ご乗船日の翌日の12:00までにキャンセルされない限り、ヘリコプターを伴うツアーの払い戻しはできません。

各寄港地でのその他のエクスカーションについては、客室のショアエクスカーションオーダーフォームに「キャンセル締切時間」が記載されています。これは、エクスカーションの予約受付を締切り、現地のオペレーターに最終的なエクスカーションの参加者情報を通知する時間です。You may cancel an excursion if it is prior to the closing time whether you reserve an excursion in advance of the cruise or book on board. ただし、締切後のキャンセルや予約したツアーに参加しなかった場合の払い戻しはできません。

【アラスカ陸上ツアーのキャンセル】

Alaska Land Excursions, purchased through Manage Booking, may be cancelled up to three days prior to travel without any cancellation fees.  Land Excursions cancelled prior to the cancellation deadline will be refunded to the credit card that you provided in Manage Booking to purchase your tours.  観光の3日以内に寄港地観光をキャンセルした場合、100%のキャンセル料がかかります。ただし、オペレーターが単独裁量で予測不能な状況によってプログラム開催が不能であると判断した場合を除きます。  陸上ツアーの間に予約したツアーの販売は販売時にすべて最終的であると見なされ、オペレーターがキャンセルを承認した場合を除き、100%返金不能です。

If you choose to book more than one excursion in a single day, please allow at least 60 minutes between each excursion. すべてのエクスカーションは、クルーズ船の埠頭から出発し、埠頭に戻ってきます。このようにスケジュールを組むことで、複数のエクスカーションに参加するための十分な時間を確保することができます。

プリンセス･クルーズが企画したエクスカーションの非常に重要な特徴の一つは、すべてのツアーの出港と帰港を綿密に監視していることです。そのため、企画ツアーがすべて帰船するまで、本船は出港しませんので、乗り遅れることはありません。

Select excursions offer child pricing. Our reservation system will automatically apply a child rate if one is available on eligible tours when you make your reservation.

Once on board, check your excursion tickets to ensure you have received the correct number of child tickets. また、受け取ったチケットに誤りがある場合は、速やかにショアエクスカーションデスクでご確認ください。

フライトやホテルでの宿泊を伴うツアーでは、子ども料金は適用されません。2歳以下の幼児が大人の膝の上に座る場合（座席を使用しない場合）は、ほとんどのツアーで料金は発生しません。乳幼児が座席を使用する場合や、安全シートを使用しする場合は、幼児用のツアーチケットを公示のツアー料金で購入する必要があります。また、保護者の方はお子様用の安全シートをご持参ください。

ほとんどのツアーでは、親や保護者の同伴があれば、子どもの最低年齢の制限はありません。

18歳未満のお客様は、親または保護者の同伴なしにはご参加いただけません。A few operators may allow an unaccompanied minor on an excursion if a waiver is signed by the parent or guardian in the operator’s presence.

「自由行動」のツアーや自由行動の記載があるツアーを除き、すべてのツアーに、英語を話す現地ガイドが同行します。

いくつかのエクスカーションの中には、ショッピングの時間が含まれる場合があります。しかし、エクスカーションは主にショッピングを目的としたものではないため、時間が限られる場合があります。
