Standard Vendor Claim Form

This document must be submitted for all payment disputes. Please follow the instructions and submit this form along with all required documentation via email to the appropriate address. Claims must be submitted prior to 60 days from payment date.

Contractor Equipment Compliance

Gas welding requirements for Contractors:

  • Non-return valves must be fitted adjacent to the torch in the oxygen and acetylene supply lines.
  • Flame arrestors must be provided in the oxygen and acetylene supply lines.
  • Only suitably sized OEM ear clamps are to be used on supply lines.
